41 YEARS AND BUILDING...
Established in 1978, CSI Construction is a general contractor providing general contracting, construction management and design-build services. With four office locations across the west, we specialize in constructing retail, grocery, multifamily, hospitality, senior housing, theater, office, recreation, medical and industrial facilities. Over the last 41 years, we have constructed nearly 50 million square feet of projects in over 20 states. We are proud that nearly 90% of our business comes from repeat customers.
The best solution is the one you implement before the problem actually exists. Identifying potential challenges and applying preventative solutions is often the key to staying within budgets, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations. Understanding and forecasting the unique needs of every project is what allows us to guarantee success.
Overcoming an obstacle is easier every time you do it. Experience is the greatest teacher of all, allowing you to predict, adapt and respond to any challenge with confidence.
IN OUR EXPERIENCE...
The success of every project is completely dependent on the quality of the people involved. Every outcome starts with input and for every decision - there is a decision maker.
Quality construction is about more than concrete and steel. It’s about experience, expertise, and effort—the elements that our people bring to the project. At CSI, our employees give us a decisive advantage in the industry by embracing the company’s dedication to total quality in every aspect of our operation.
CSI’s personnel are experienced, professional employees who are vested in the success of our client’s current and next project. Every team member, from president to project manager, is extremely focused on maintaining the best possible contractor and client relationships.
