CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

SUMMARY

The Contract Administrator/Project Accountant will be responsible for project administrative and accounting duties. The Contract Administrator/Project Accountant will be involved in general contract administration including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice entry, payment batching, lien waiver processing, and compliance tracking, as well as supporting project management staff in daily administrative procedures. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate Subcontract Pkgs

  • Track all sub docs

    • Ensure sub files are complete

    • Follow up w/subs for docs

    • Compile Supplier info

    • Be proactive in recognizing lien situations

  • Type Sub Change Orders

    • Ensure accurate info rec'd from Project Manager 

    • Ensure accurate info sent to corporate office

  • Compile/log/track Owner CCDs for Project Managers

    • Generate initial info to sub

    • Contact subs before deadline

  • Compile/log/track sub co info for Project Managers

  • Compile required docs for Close Out Books

  • Implement process for Warranty Walk Thru Sub Items w/PMs

  • Scan required documents

  • Shipping & Receiving backup

  • Act as backup in preparing bid docs to Owners

  • Act as backup on monthly draw process to Owners

  • Act as backup Receptionist

  • Answer phones

  • Miscellaneous Duties


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous administrative experience required

  • Excel

  • Word

  • Viewpoint (CSI will train)

  • Textura (CSI will train)

  • GCPay (CSI will train)
