CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR - SACRAMENTO, CA

SUMMARY

The Contract Administrator/Project Accountant will be responsible for project administrative and accounting duties. The Contract Administrator/Project Accountant will be involved in general contract administration including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice entry, payment batching, lien waiver processing, and compliance tracking, as well as supporting project management staff in daily administrative procedures. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous administrative experience is required with a strong focus in Cost-Plus GMP project administration and billing, ideally in multifamily and hospitality sectors
