CSI Construction Company completes construction on NOVEL White Fence Farm in Lakewood, CO.

NOVEL White Fence Farm consists of one 3-story wood-framed residential building and one 3-4 story split residential stacked apartment building totaling 202-units. The project also includes three 1-story detached garage structures and the adaptive reuse of a 12,500 SF Americana barn for the clubhouse. Amenities include the clubhouse, a spacious fitness center with a dedicated yoga room, secure resident storage and bike storage, flexible work from home spaces, pet spa, dog park and resort-style pool.
