The Offset is a garden-style apartment complex with 368-units in 26 buildings on a 14-acre site. The project includes over 420,000 SF of residential buildings and an 18,000 SF clubhouse with fitness center and resort-style pool and spa. Site amenities include dog park, pickleball courts and kid play structures.
