Roger holds an Associate Degree in business management from El Paso County Community College. After working as a superintendent and project manager with CSI from 1986 to 1992, Roger became Vice President of the Oregon office. With the establishment of CSI's Northern California office in 2000, he was appointed Senior Vice President in charge of West Coast Operations. Offering resourceful leadership, Roger's involvement enables CSI staff members to complete projects on schedule and to best utilize industry innovations.
