Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate land development and a minor in construction management with Arizona State University. While in college, Tim was an apprentice carpenter, labor foreman and then a superintendent with Colorado Structures, Inc. He was appointed Vice President in 1984 and purchased CSI in 1989. Working closely with owners and their design professionals at the front end of each project, Tim ensures that proper criteria are established. He audits the progression of construction budgets through the design process -- guaranteeing that the contract price is within client budget.
