Tripp was hired by CSI in 1992 as a superin- tendent for Colorado Structures, Colorado Springs. Due to his outstanding performance and extensive experience in planning and coordination, Tripp was transferred and promoted to Director of Construction, Northwest operations, Portland, Oregon. As Director of Construction Northwest operations, Tripp manages and oversees all field personnel and is accountable for scheduling and co- ordination of projects, ensuring all projects are on time and under budget.
