The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the complete execution of the entire construction project. The PM will report directly to the Project Executive. The PM will follow the project from the business development effort through the close-out and warranty period with a focus on delivering excellent project management services and maintaining the best possible client and subcontractor relationships.  


  • Adhere to CSI’s #1 company value of ‘Safety First’ on all job sites.

  • Act as main point of contact between the owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors and CSI project team.

  • Responsible for all facets of the construction project. Organize and manage the estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, construction and quality assurance aspects of the project.

  • Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Review and approve bids and budgets while holding a complete understanding of the project estimate. 

  • Have total understanding of the contract, general conditions, and subcontract documents.

  • Unify and train the field and office teams to accurately perform their responsibilities.

  • Develop, monitor, update, and communicate the critical path schedule and its periodic revisions.

  • Confirm that the owner/architect/contractor meeting minutes are recorded and distributed.

  • Manage project budgets, change orders, and job costs.

  • Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades, and payments.

  • Keep the Project Executive informed on all significant developments of the project.

  • Coordinate all punch list items, warranty calls, and other service requests from the client after completion of project.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.


  • 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Reader.

  • Proven history of managing budgets.

  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
