RECEPTIONIST/CONTRACT ADMIN - SACRAMENTO, CA
The Receptionist/Contract Administrator will be responsible for general receptionist and light administrative duties for a construction general contractor. Candidate will be involved in general contract administration, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice entry, payment batching, lien waiver processing, and compliance tracking, as well as supporting project management staff in daily administrative procedures.
Previous administrative experience is preferred, ideally in a construction-related company. Some accounting background is preferred.
