Design-Build

Preconstruction
We will collaborate closely with the project owner and the design team to fully understand project scope, support budgeting and value engineering efforts, and maintain project cost and schedule goals. Our services include participating in design coordination meetings, developing detailed preconstruction and construction schedules, and providing ongoing constructability reviews and cost-saving recommendations. We assist with permitting coordination, site planning, and quality control by reviewing drawings to reduce conflicts, support accurate bidding, and minimize change orders. Throughout the process, we aim to deliver the best value while ensuring efficient and informed project development.
Sustainable Construction
