333 ECO is a 169-unit apartment complex in downtown Colorado Springs, CO. The project includes 2 stories of below grade parking, 1 level at grade of mixed use; amenities, units and parking. Levels Garage 3 - Level 1 are Type I (non-combustible) concrete construction, levels 2-5 are Type V wood. Additional features on the project are; elevated courtyard with pool on level 2, level 5 outdoor patio area, dog spa, fitness center, electric car charging stations and 2 story walk up units at grade. This project achieved LEED Silver.
