CSI Construction Company breaks ground on Experience at Epicenter II in Colorado Springs, CO.

Experience at Epicenter II is a 770,352 SF mixed-use residential and commercial development featuring a cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete podium structure extending from the basement through Level 4, supporting five stories of wood-framed residential construction above. The project includes 410 apartment units, including two-level rental townhomes, and an integrated 761-stall parking garage spanning the basement through Level 3. Exterior finishes consist of brick, stone, metal panels, and siding, while resident amenities include a clubhouse, Level 4 outdoor swimming pool, community kitchen and laundry facilities, exterior walking plaza, ice rink, and decorative water feature.

The development also incorporates future retail shell space, creating a dynamic mixed-use environment that combines residential living, parking, retail opportunities, and extensive community amenities.
