CSI Construction Company breaks ground on RangeWater Candelas in Arvada, Colorado.

RangeWater Candelas is a multifamily community comprised of 324 apartment residences along with 56 townhomes. The community includes a stand-alone clubhouse featuring co-working space, residents’ lounge, and private offices.

Additional amenities include an indoor/outdoor fitness club, resort-style pool and spa with outdoor dining and grilling areas, dog park, fire pits, and a community garden.
