Redlands Marketplace is a new, ground-up retail center totaling approximately 8 acres. The development will feature a thoughtfully designed collection of retail buildings, including a new shell building planned for a Whole Foods Market, four additional shop buildings, and a dedicated pad for a future tenant development.

The project will include extensive site improvements and infrastructure upgrades to support the new development. These improvements include the extension of the adjacent roadway, modifications to existing traffic signals, installation of new street lighting, and construction of a large parking area serving the retail center. Site development will also include the preparation of a separate dirt pad that will be reserved for future tenant construction.
